Tektites are both specific enemies included by default, and an enemy type selectable within the Enemy Editor.

The Enemy

Spider creature that jumps around the screen in a diagonal motion. There are two types, red and blue.

Tektites (and many other enemy types) have an inherent property that causes them to ignore solidity when moving, but they cannot move onto a 'No Jumping Enemies' Combo.

Enemy Properties

  • 1/n Jump Start: The inverse probability that the enemy will jump during a given frame. (For example, if Misc1 is 2, there is a 1/2 chance it will jump.)
  • 1/n Jump Continue: The inverse probability that the enemy will continue jumping after completing a jump.
  • Jump Z Velocity: The enemy's upward and downward velocity, in pixels per second, during each jump.
